I studied communications at St. Bonaventure University (BA 1986, MA 2010) and was a U.S. Army officer and college administrator. My dad taught me everything I know about printing, which is a fraction of what he learned during his 61 years as a journeyman press operator and typographer. When I’m not printing or studying the Civil War, I develop training programs for the U.S. Army.

A Regimental History in 2027!

With great excitement, I announce that Jefferson, North Carolina publisher McFarland and Company, Inc. will be publishing my manuscript as a regimental history of the 58th Pennsylvania Veteran Volunteers.

The next few months are going to be busy, as I compile the final elements of more than thirty years of research to ensure this book is worthy of the legacy of the men about whom I have written.

The anticipated delivery date is some time in 2027. As the process evolves, I will be posting updates on this site.
